RedotPay Pakistan guide: the card costs USD 10 virtual or USD 100 physical, ATM withdrawals 2%, and it isn't licensed by PVARA. Fees, limits and the risks.
AI Summary
RedotPay is a Hong Kong-based crypto card: you deposit stablecoins such as USDT and the card converts them when you pay. Pakistan isn't on its restricted-country lists as of August 2026. The virtual card costs USD 10 and the physical card USD 100. Spending carries a 1% crypto conversion fee, plus 1.2% outside your card's currency, and ATM withdrawals cost 2% on a USD card. RedotPay is not licensed by PVARA, so users have no Pakistani regulator to turn to if something goes wrong.
RedotPay doesn’t exclude Pakistan, but it isn’t licensed here. It’s a Hong Kong-based crypto card: you deposit stablecoins such as USDT and the card converts them when you pay. Pakistan isn’t on RedotPay’s restricted-country lists, as of August 2026. The virtual card costs USD 10, the physical card USD 100, and ATM withdrawals 2% on a USD card. As of 18 October 2026, PVARA, Pakistan’s crypto regulator, names no licensed crypto provider, so RedotPay has no Pakistani licence.
RedotPay licence in Pakistan
None
PVARA's licensing page names no licensed provider, and RedotPay isn't mentioned on PVARA's website (checked 18 Oct 2026).
RedotPay keeps three lists of places it doesn’t serve: countries whose citizens it can’t verify, countries where it won’t issue cards, and countries it won’t ship physical cards to. Pakistan is on none of them, in versions updated 21 July and 28 August 2026. India, Indonesia, Nepal, Turkey and mainland China are on the card list. RedotPay says the lists follow local regulations and sanctions and can change.

RedotPay may also ask for source-of-funds documents, with a 14-day deadline.
RedotPay calls its card “stablecoin-based”. You hold crypto in the app (it lists BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC and others) and it converts it at the moment you pay. The card works online, in shops, and at ATMs with the physical card. It can be added to Apple Pay.
RedotPay is funded with crypto. If you don’t hold any, one way is a P2P (peer-to-peer) trade: you pay another user through a local payment method and they send you crypto. RedotPay runs its own P2P marketplace, with the crypto held in escrow until both sides confirm. It also offers personal funding accounts in USD, GBP or EUR. From RedotPay’s fee table, effective 1 December 2025 and on its help centre in October 2026:
| Fee | Amount |
|---|---|
| Virtual card | USD 10 at issue |
| Physical card | USD 100 at issue, standard mail free |
| Monthly or annual fee | None |
| Deposits | Free |
| Crypto conversion (“transaction fee”) | 1% |
| Spending in a currency other than your card’s | 1.2% |
| ATM withdrawal, USD card | 2% up to USD 10,000 a month, 3% above |
| ATM withdrawal, HKD card | 2% |
| Payments of USD 1 or less | First 5 a month free, then USD 0.20 each |
| Declined payments | First 3 a month free, then USD 0.50 each |
| Virtual card replacement | USD 5 first time, USD 10 after |
Some merchants carry an extra 1.5% fee (minimum USD 0.50), after the first 3 such payments a month. RedotPay’s list includes Facebook Ads, Discord, PUBG Mobile and Free Fire. Cards last 3 years. The issuance fee comes out of your balance; the USD 5 sign-up reward can’t pay it.
RedotPay Pro costs USD 12.90 a month or USD 129 a year. The annual plan waives the USD 100 physical card fee once and RedotPay’s ATM fee on up to USD 1,000 a month. Both plans give 3% cashback on Apple Pay and Google Pay, capped at USD 18 a month. Pro fees aren’t refundable.
RedotPay says the physical card works at ATMs; we didn’t test one in Pakistan. RedotPay charges 2% on a USD card. The ATM’s own bank may add a fee, which even RedotPay Pro’s ATM waiver doesn’t cover. We didn’t check Pakistani banks’ charges for foreign cards. The ATM screen will show a zero balance, because it can’t read your RedotPay balance; the withdrawal still works if you have funds.
We couldn’t confirm whether the 1% conversion fee also applies to ATM withdrawals; RedotPay’s table doesn’t say.
RedotPay’s limits:
RedotPay adds that in “some countries and regions”, USD cards are limited to USD 3,000 a day and USD 10,000 a month at ATMs. It doesn’t say which countries, so check the limit in your app.
These limits are RedotPay’s own. SBP’s USD 30,000 yearly cap on card payments abroad is a rule for cards issued by Pakistani banks; RedotPay’s limits are separate.
The short answer: it isn’t licensed, and that matters more for you than for RedotPay.
We found no SBP, PVARA or FIA statement that names RedotPay, as of 18 October 2026.
RedotPay is based in Hong Kong. Its March 2026 press release names Rabbit7 Holding (BVI) Limited as the company behind it. In December 2025, The Block reported that RedotPay raised USD 107 million and had more than 6 million registered users in over 100 markets; those are the company’s figures.
We couldn’t read RedotPay’s main website or its terms of service: they blocked our requests on 18 October 2026.

Pakistan isn't on RedotPay's lists of countries where it can't verify users, issue cards or deliver physical cards, as updated in July and August 2026. RedotPay is not licensed by PVARA, Pakistan's crypto regulator, as of 18 October 2026.
RedotPay charges 2% on a USD card's ATM withdrawals up to USD 10,000 a month and 3% above that, plus any fee the ATM's own bank charges. Annual Pro members (USD 129 a year) don't pay RedotPay's fee on the first USD 1,000 a month.
Up to 3 withdrawals a day and 30 a month. A USD card allows USD 3,750 a day and USD 50,000 a month, but RedotPay says some countries get USD 3,000 a day and USD 10,000 a month, without saying which.
RedotPay is not licensed by PVARA. The Virtual Assets Act 2026 punishes companies that offer crypto services in Pakistan without a licence, not their users. But if your money is lost or frozen, there's no Pakistani regulator to complain to.
RedotPay says its card can be added to Apple Pay for payments in shops, apps and online, and tells users to check first that their card is supported.
