which.pk collects as little as we can. This page says what we keep when you ask us a question or sign up for new guides, and how to have it removed. Last updated 15 October 2026.
What we collect
When you use our Ask form we keep your question, the page you asked from, and anything optional you add: your first name, city and email address. Cloudflare tells us the country the request came from. When you email [email protected] we keep your message, your name and your email address.
How we use it
We use your question to reply to you and to decide which guides to write or update. If we write about a question, we never publish your name, email or exact words; we describe it generally, such as "a reader in Multan asked".
New guides by email
If you leave your email with the "send me new guides" box ticked, we may email you new which.pk guides, about twice a month. Untick the box if you don't want them. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any of those emails or writing to [email protected], and we will stop.
Who handles your data
Questions are stored on Cloudflare, which runs our website and email routing. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the Ask form is sent by a person, not a spam bot; it doesn't use cookies to track you. Replies are sent through ZeptoMail by Zoho. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else, and only the which.pk team reads them.
Analytics
We count visits with Umami, which doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect personal data. We record what people search for and check on the site, without anything that identifies you.
Seeing or deleting your data
Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you or to have it deleted. We keep questions until you ask us to remove them.
