Easypaisa vs JazzCash compared from their own 2026 fee schedules: transfers, cash-out, ATM and bill charges, account limits and the banks behind each.

Both wallets publish a schedule of charges. JazzCash’s is issued by Mobilink Microfinance Bank. We couldn’t find its October to December 2026 schedule on the bank’s website on 10 Oct 2026, and jazzcash.com.pk blocked our fetches, so JazzCash figures below are from July to September 2026.

Easypaisa adds government taxes on top of any fee not marked “incl. tax”. JazzCash lists fees excluding tax unless marked. The cash-out and ATM fees above include tax on both. Both say they may charge less than the listed fee.
The IBFT rule is identical in both schedules, so sending from easypaisa to JazzCash, or the other way, costs the same as sending to a bank. Both apps also send money through Raast, the instant payment system. Both call Raast transfers free.
Easypaisa: utility bills, other bills, online payments and QR payments in shops are all free in its October to December 2026 schedule. M-Tag top-ups cost Rs 10 each.
JazzCash charges for utility bills paid from the wallet, counted per calendar month:

Postpaid bills, internet bills and prepaid load from the JazzCash wallet are free, and so are bills paid over the counter at an agent. Paying by Raast QR is free for consumers.

At an ATM, a withdrawal of any size costs Rs 35 on both, including 1-Link charges. For larger amounts the ATM is far cheaper: Rs 35 against Rs 380 for Rs 25,000.
Easypaisa withdrawals are free at easypaisa Bank branch ATMs, and cash deposits and withdrawals at easypaisa branches are free for its Digital Accounts. On JazzCash, freelancers paid through Payoneer get 2 free ATM withdrawals in the month the payment arrives.

Upgrading to an Asaan Digital Account or Digital Account cost nothing in JazzCash’s July to September 2026 schedule, down from Rs 99 in January to March. In-app biometric verification costs Rs 100.
We couldn’t find easypaisa’s limits on its website. Its FAQ says daily, monthly and yearly limits depend on your account level, and you raise them by scanning your hands in the app (Account Level, then Upgrade your Account). Its fees for moving up are Rs 99 for biometric verification from Level 0 to Level 1 and Rs 75 to request an Asaan Digital Account from Level 1. Check your current limits in the app before a large transfer.
Easypaisa is run by easypaisa Bank Ltd., formerly Telenor Microfinance Bank. SBP approved it as Pakistan’s first digital retail bank on 28 January 2025, Profit reported. As of January 2025, Telenor Group and Ant Group, which runs Alipay, were the shareholders; Ant bought a 45% stake for USD 184.5 million. Easypaisa’s website (undated) says it has 55+ million users.
JazzCash belongs to VEON and runs its wallet with Mobilink Microfinance Bank, which issues its fee schedules. JazzCash said it had 60 million registered customers at the end of March 2026, with 29.2 million active in January to March 2026.

On fees they are almost the same: free wallet-to-wallet transfers, the same cash-out slabs and Rs 35 at ATMs. Easypaisa is cheaper for bills, which are free, and JazzCash adds Rs 1 per app transaction, as of their latest schedules.
Transfers to banks and other wallets are free up to Rs 25,000 a month on both. Above that, each transfer costs 0.1% or Rs 200, whichever is lower. Raast transfers are free on both.
At an agent, Rs 180 to withdraw Rs 8,001 to Rs 10,000 and Rs 690 for Rs 40,001 to Rs 50,000. At any ATM it's Rs 35. That is JazzCash's July to September 2026 schedule; easypaisa's October to December 2026 fees are the same.
A Level 1 JazzCash account can send and receive Rs 3 lakh a month and Rs 1 lakh a day, with a Rs 30 lakh maximum balance, per JazzCash's website in September 2026. An Asaan Digital Account allows more.
