Skrill withdrawal to a Pakistani bank
2.80%
Minimum EUR 3.5, plus 4.49% if currency is converted. Skrill fee page for Pakistan, 21 Oct 2026
Yes. Skrill says it serves every country in the “Country of residence” list on its sign-up form. Pakistan is in that list on Skrill’s fees page, and Skrill publishes a separate fee page for Pakistan. Outside Europe and the US, accounts are run by Skrill Limited, which the UK Financial Conduct Authority authorises as an e-money issuer.
Two things to know before you open one:
Skrill stopped taking new sign-ups from India. It hasn’t said the same about Pakistan.
These are Skrill’s fees for a Pakistan account, from its fee page on 21 Oct 2026:
| What you do | Skrill’s fee |
|---|---|
| Receive money from another Skrill user | Free (if no currency conversion) |
| Send to another Skrill user | 2.99%, at least EUR 0.50 |
| Add money by card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diners) | 2.50% |
| Withdraw to JazzCash | 1.45% |
| Withdraw to a Pakistani bank account | 2.80%, at least EUR 3.5 |
| Withdraw by Swift | 2.80%, at least EUR 3.5 |
| Withdraw to Neteller | 3.49% |
| Convert between currencies | 4.49% on top of Skrill’s rate |
| No login or payment for 6 months | EUR 5.00 a month |
The conversion fee is the big one. Say you hold US$500 in a dollar balance and withdraw it to your rupee bank account. If both fees apply to the full amount, the withdrawal fee is US$14 (2.80%) and the conversion fee is US$22.45 (4.49%), so about US$36 or 7.3% goes to Skrill. Skrill shows the exact amount before you confirm, and your bank may add its own charges.
Skrill’s terms also list penalty fees: EUR 25 for each chargeback, and up to EUR 150 for a prohibited transaction or for giving false information.
Skrill’s help pages set these rules:
Skrill’s limits for a single withdrawal show on screen when you start one. We couldn’t find a public minimum or maximum for Pakistan.
Yes. Skrill’s Pakistan fee page lists JazzCash at 1.45%, the cheapest way out on that page. The page doesn’t list easypaisa, NayaPay or SadaPay. Some older articles say Skrill has no JazzCash link, but Skrill’s own page lists it, and we follow Skrill.
No. Skrill’s list of countries for its Prepaid Mastercard covers EEA countries, Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and the UK. Pakistan isn’t on it, as of 21 Oct 2026. To pay online from Pakistan, use a local card instead: see virtual cards in Pakistan.
Private “Skrill exchangers” buy your Skrill dollars for rupees, or sell you Skrill dollars. That carries legal and fraud risks:
For a freelancer in Pakistan, here’s how the three compare on each company’s own pages:
