Easypaisa loan (easycash) limits and charges from the October–December 2026 schedule, a worked Rs 10,000 example, and how JazzCash ReadyCash compares.
AI Summary
easypaisa's easycash lends Rs 200 to Rs 25,000 and JazzCash's ReadyCash Rs 100 to Rs 50,000, as of October 2026. Both charge 5% a week in the app, capped at 40% per loan, so Rs 10,000 for four weeks costs about Rs 2,000 and never more than Rs 4,000. easypaisa by USSD charges a flat 20% per 30 days. The 'APR 32% to 40%' easypaisa advertises is the total charge on one loan, not a yearly rate. JazzCash may report non-payment to SBP's eCIB.
An easypaisa loan, called easycash, gives you Rs 200 to Rs 25,000 with no documents, and JazzCash’s ReadyCash lends Rs 100 to Rs 50,000 to selected users, as of October 2026. Both charge 5% a week in the app, capped at 40% of the loan. So Rs 10,000 borrowed in the easypaisa app for four weeks costs about Rs 2,000, and never more than Rs 4,000.

About Rs 2,000 on either app
5% a week for 4 weeks, from easypaisa's October–December 2026 schedule (loan cycles 1 to 30) and JazzCash's ReadyCash page. If easypaisa's weekly charge compounds, as its schedule suggests, it is Rs 2,155. You repay about Rs 12,000 to Rs 12,155.

easypaisa figures are from its October–December 2026 schedule of charges, its website and its App Store listing. JazzCash’s are from its ReadyCash page as captured on 1 September 2026, and Mobilink Microfinance Bank’s Q3 2026 schedule of charges.
The limit you see in either app is your own. easypaisa’s maximum is Rs 25,000 on its loans page and App Store listing. Older pages mention lower limits, but we couldn’t open them to check, so we use the current figure. We also couldn’t confirm how easypaisa decides who qualifies; its old eligibility FAQ no longer loads.
easypaisa’s schedule sets the charge by “loan cycle” and by how you borrow:
| Loan cycle | In the app (per week) | By USSD (flat, per 30 days) |
|---|---|---|
| 1 to 30 | 5% | 20% |
| 31 to 60 | 4.5% | 18% |
| Over 60 | 4% | 16% |
In the app, the charge is weekly and “compounded on outstanding principal every 7 days”, up to a maximum of 40% in 8 weeks. The schedule doesn’t spell out the maths, so here are both readings for Rs 10,000 at 5% a week:
| You repay after | Charge at 5% a week | Charge if it compounds weekly |
|---|---|---|
| 1 week | Rs 500 | Rs 500 |
| 2 weeks | Rs 1,000 | Rs 1,025 |
| 4 weeks | Rs 2,000 | Rs 2,155 |
| 6 weeks | Rs 3,000 | Rs 3,401 |
| 8 weeks | Rs 4,000 (the 40% cap) | Rs 4,000 (the 40% cap) |
By USSD, the same Rs 10,000 costs a flat Rs 2,000 (20%) for each 30-day period. There is no saving for repaying in week one.
The schedule says the markup is worked out per day used. If you settle early, though, any markup already taken for the unused days is kept as an “early repayment fee”. So don’t expect money back once a weekly charge has been taken.
easypaisa’s App Store listing gives its own example: borrow Rs 20,000 for a 60-day minimum tenor, pay a 32% service fee of Rs 6,400, and repay Rs 26,400.
JazzCash’s ReadyCash page lists a charge of 5% a week, with a standard due date of 28 days and a maximum tenure of 56 days. Mobilink Microfinance Bank’s Q3 2026 schedule, which sets JazzCash’s branchless banking charges, says 5% a week “for only 8 weeks”, with a maximum of 40% per loan.
For Rs 10,000, that is Rs 2,000 at the 28-day due date and at most Rs 4,000 if you take the full 8 weeks. JazzCash says repaying early reduces the total charge.
Two related JazzCash products carry similar pricing:
You need an easypaisa account; personal loans are only for Pakistani citizens in Pakistan, according to the App Store listing.
Before you accept, check whether you’re borrowing in the app or by USSD. For a loan you’ll repay within a week or two, the app’s weekly charge costs less than USSD’s flat 20%.
ReadyCash is offered to selected users based on their credit score, with limits from Rs 100 to Rs 50,000. To check yours, open the JazzCash app, select ReadyCash Loan and look at your eligible limit. Then enter an amount and review the details before you confirm. The money goes straight into your JazzCash wallet. ReadyCash is also available by USSD and at checkout.
Third-party sites quote other JazzCash limits, such as Rs 10,000 or Rs 30,000. These conflict with JazzCash’s own page, so we don’t use them.
Not through easycash, which tops out at Rs 25,000. easypaisa lists Sarmaya Qarza personal financing and Buy Now, Pay Later as separate loan products; we didn’t check the limits for Sarmaya Qarza. Of the two wallet loans here, only JazzCash ReadyCash goes up to Rs 50,000, and only for users it selects.
easypaisa’s Buy Now Pay Later, for QR payments, bills, mobile packages and easyload, costs 10% for 14 days or 20% for 30 days, with a one-time 5% late fee on what you still owe.
The easypaisa app can also pay loans from other lenders, such as Easyloan by Sarmaya or House Building Finance Company, under Payments > Loan Repayments.
We couldn’t find any easypaisa page that says whether it reports unpaid easycash loans to eCIB or auto-debits your account.
easycash is run by easypaisa Bank Ltd., formerly the branchless banking service of Telenor Microfinance Bank. It got SBP approval for commercial digital banking on 28 January 2025, becoming Pakistan’s first digital retail bank, Profit reported. Some older easypaisa pages still say Telenor Microfinance Bank. JazzCash’s loan charges appear in the schedule of Mobilink Microfinance Bank, the bank behind JazzCash’s wallet services.
You may have read about SECP’s 2023 caps on loan apps. They limit a loan from a single app to Rs 25,000, tenor to 90 days, and total cost, including late penalties, to no more than the amount borrowed. Those rules cover SECP-licensed lending NBFCs (non-bank finance companies). easypaisa Bank and Mobilink Microfinance Bank are banks regulated by SBP. We couldn’t find or open an SBP rule on bank-run digital loans, so we can’t say the SECP caps apply to easycash or ReadyCash.

easypaisa's easycash lends from Rs 200 up to Rs 25,000, with no documents or security, as of October 2026. Your own limit shows in the app when you tap Easycash.
Under the October to December 2026 schedule, an app loan in loan cycles 1 to 30 costs 5% a week: about Rs 2,000 if you repay after four weeks (Rs 2,155 if the weekly charge compounds), and never more than Rs 4,000, the 40% cap. By USSD (*786*7#) it is a flat 20%, Rs 2,000, per 30 days.
JazzCash ReadyCash charges 5% a week, with a standard due date of 28 days and a maximum of 56 days. Mobilink Microfinance Bank's schedule caps it at 40% per loan, and repaying early lowers the total.
JazzCash says it may auto-debit your wallet after 28 days and may report you to SBP's eCIB credit bureau as a defaulter. easypaisa adds a 5% late fee on the outstanding amount for USSD loans after a 2-day grace period; its schedule lists no late fee for app loans.
Open the easypaisa app, tap Easycash Loan on the home screen, choose an amount and tap Get Easycash, or dial *786*7# and press 1. Repay from the same Easycash icon, or option 2 on *786*7#.
