Central Park Lahore review: three phases are on LDA's approved list, but LDA doesn't say which blocks they cover. Prices, possession and risks, Oct 2026.
AI Summary
Central Park Lahore is partly LDA approved: as of 14 October 2026 LDA's website lists Phase-II, Phase-II (Revised) and Phase-III, but not which blocks they cover, and the original 948-kanal entry seen on older copies is no longer online. It isn't on LDA's illegal list. A 5 marla plot averaged about Rs 64.8 lakh in September 2026, up 28% since October 2024. Older blocks are lived in; gas and water are unconfirmed. Buy only in a block LDA confirms.
Central Park Lahore is partly approved by LDA (the Lahore Development Authority). As of 14 October 2026, LDA’s website lists Phase-II, Phase-II (Revised) and Phase-III as approved, but it doesn’t say which blocks those phases cover. Central Park isn’t on LDA’s illegal list, the older blocks are lived in, and resale is active. It can be worth buying if LDA confirms your block is inside an approved phase. A 5 marla plot averaged Rs 64.8 lakh in September 2026.
Partly. On 14 October 2026 LDA’s approved-schemes list had three Central Park records:
| LDA record | Area | Plots | LDA date |
|---|---|---|---|
| Central Park Phase-II Housing Scheme | 820 kanals | 1,000 residential, 93 commercial | Final approval 24 Sep 2021 |
| Central Park Phase-II (Revised) | 971.5 kanals | 1,242 residential, 135 commercial | Approved, 16 Oct 2024 |
| Central Park Housing Scheme Phase-III | 294.7 kanals | 523 residential, 33 commercial | Approved, 7 Mar 2023 |
The “approved blocks” field is blank or “Nil” in all three records. So LDA doesn’t say whether a lettered block (A, A1, B, BB, C to H, J) is inside an approved phase, and the developer gives no mapping either.
The original scheme is less clear. Copies of LDA’s list from March 2021 (Zameen) and May 2025 (Pakistan Observer) showed “Central Park” in Mouza Julkey Badhukey, at 948 kanals in the 2021 copy. That entry is not on LDA’s website now, although the Phase-II and Phase-III records call it the “already approved” Central Park; we found no LDA notice explaining why.
The listed phases add up to 1,266.2 kanals if the revision replaced Phase-II, or 2,086.2 kanals if both count; LDA doesn’t say which. Add the old 948-kanal entry and the most that appears on LDA’s records is about 3,000 kanals.
The developer’s own figures are much larger: 5,400 kanals at launch in 2009 and 15,000 kanals on its scheme page now. Zameen’s area guide says 9,500 kanals. We follow LDA for what is approved, which means a large part of the marketed land has no approval record we could find.
LDA holds some plots in each phase as security. Its records list these residential plot numbers:
If your plot number is on this list, ask for LDA’s redemption deed before you pay.
Possession means handover of a developed plot you can build on. In the older blocks, yes: according to the developer, the Grand Jamia Mosque in B Block opened in 2010 and Central Park Teaching Hospital in 2013. It also lists LGS and Beaconhouse schools, a sports complex and a McDonald’s open since February 2024.
The newer blocks are a different story. In November 2018 Zameen reported that four of the eight blocks had been developed and delivered, and work on the other four had stopped. We found no dated, block-by-block update since then.
In October 2026 the developer was still selling A1 and J Block plots with the last payment due “on possession”. That suggests those plots haven’t been handed over yet, though we couldn’t confirm it. The developer’s page calls the scheme “Completed”, and Zameen’s area guide says most blocks are still being developed.
These are Zameen’s average asking prices, not sale prices.

A 5 marla plot averaged Rs 32.5 lakh in June 2021, Rs 50.6 lakh in October 2024 and Rs 64.8 lakh in September 2026. That is about 28% up in two years and roughly double since mid-2021.

A 10 marla plot went from Rs 58.6 lakh in June 2021 to Rs 88.7 lakh in October 2024, then about Rs 1.11 crore in September 2026, up about 25% in two years. A fast rise like this can stall, so don’t assume it will continue.
Yes, from the developer, for new bookings. On 14 October 2026 its developer prices were:
| Block and size | Developer price | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| J Block, 3.5 marla | Rs 49.9 lakh | Not stated |
| J Block, 5 marla | Rs 74.9 lakh | 1 year, 20% on possession |
| J Block, 10 marla | Rs 99.9 lakh | 2 years, 15% on possession |
| A1 Block, 10 marla | Rs 99.9 lakh | 3 years: 15% booking, 15% confirmation, 36 monthly payments of Rs 1.33 lakh, Rs 10.02 lakh on possession |
Don’t compare these directly with the Zameen averages above, because the blocks and payment terms differ. If you’re offered a file (a promise of a plot before a plot number is allotted), ask for the plot number first. Then check the A1 or J Block status with LDA, since LDA doesn’t map blocks to phases.
Zameen’s area guide and Graana say a 132 kV grid station inside the scheme supplies electricity. We found no LESCO or news source confirming it.
On gas, we found no SNGPL source, only seller claims. On water, Graana lists a water treatment plant, but we found no independent source. Ask residents of your block before you build.
Urban Developers Group of Lahore, chaired by Mian Tahir Javed, with Usman Anwar as managing director. According to the developer, it built Punjab Cooperative Housing Society (1982 and 2001) and Air Avenue (2007), which DHA Lahore took over in July 2014 as DHA Phase 8.
We found no court or regulator action against the developer in 2024 to 2026 news. In August 2026 the Punjab Property Tribunal ordered Kahna police to secure a house in Block A after a private owner said he had been pushed out; that case is between private parties and doesn’t name the developer.
Zameen showed 1,400 plots for sale in Central Park on 7 October 2026. That points to an active secondary market. We found no data on how long plots take to sell.
On Ferozepur Road (Lahore-Kasur Road) near Kahna, in Mouza Badduke, Tehsil Model Town, south Lahore. By road it is about 22 km from Kalma Chowk, 29 km from the GPO and 29 km from Thokar Niaz Baig. The developer says it has access from the Ring Road Southern Loop and Pine Avenue.

Partly. As of 14 October 2026 LDA's website lists Central Park Phase-II (final approval 24 September 2021), Phase-II (Revised) and Phase-III as approved. LDA doesn't say which blocks fall in which phase, so ask LDA about your block in writing.
No. None of the 383 schemes on LDA's illegal-schemes list, checked on 14 October 2026, is named Central Park.
Zameen's index put the average 5 marla asking price at about Rs 64.8 lakh in September 2026, up from Rs 50.6 lakh in October 2024. The developer was booking new 5 marla plots in J Block at Rs 74.9 lakh on a one-year plan in October 2026.
About Rs 1.11 crore on average in September 2026 (Zameen index), up from Rs 88.7 lakh in October 2024. The developer priced new 10 marla bookings in A1 and J Block at Rs 99.9 lakh on instalments in October 2026.
