## How do I check my SNGPL gas bill online?

SNGPL's own page lets domestic, commercial and RLNG customers see the bill "in a single step" with the consumer number printed on the bill.

1. **Find the consumer number.** It's on any old SNGPL bill: **11 digits**. The box won't accept more or fewer.
2. **Open the bill page.** Go to sngpl.com.pk and choose **Get Your Gas Bill** (also listed as Consumer Bill).
3. **Enter the number and the captcha.** Type the characters shown in the picture, then Submit.
4. **Download or print.** Save the bill as a file or print it to pay at a bank.

Industrial customers can't use this page. SNGPL asks them to register and log in to see current bills and billing history.

## How do I check my SSGC gas bill online?

1. **Find the customer number.** It's on your SSGC bill: **10 digits**.
2. **Open viewbill.ssgc.com.pk.** The page is called Pay / Download Bill.
3. **Enter the 10 digits.** SSGC shows your bill to pay or download as a PDF.

SSGC's bill page also carries a notice, as of October 2026: under government and FBR directions, take your **original CNIC** to your nearest billing zone or customer facilitation centre (CFC) to update the CNIC number on your gas bill.

## Can I check my gas bill with the meter number?

No. As of October 2026, neither SNGPL's nor SSGC's bill page searches by meter number. Both ask only for the consumer or customer number. For help, SNGPL's helpline is **1199**, and SSGC's call centre is also **1199**, open round the clock.

**Unofficial bill sites:** Many "Sui gas bill check" sites in search results aren't run by SNGPL or SSGC. The official pages are on **sngpl.com.pk** and **ssgc.com.pk**.

## Is there an SNGPL app to check the gas bill?

Yes: **SNGPL ConnectOn**, published by SNGPL on Google Play (updated 5 August 2026). Its listing says you can:

- view bill details, yearly consumption and yearly billing
- view and download the bill, and pay it online
- add several account IDs
- register for e-bills by email and SMS
- check the tariff and estimate a bill
- lodge complaints, apply for reconnection or a new connection, and transfer a connection

SSGC's FAQ says its own app option is still **under development** as of October 2026. SSGC customers use the website.

## How do I get my gas bill by email or SMS?

Both companies send e-bills if you register once.

If you pick SNGPL's paperless option, SNGPL stops the paper bill and emails it from noreply@sngpl.com.pk. Add that address to your contacts so it doesn't land in spam.

## What do the numbers and bill types mean?

- **Consumer or customer number:** your account with the company. Use it for every online service.
- **Normal bill:** from an actual meter reading at OGRA-notified rates (SNGPL).
- **Estimated or provisional bill:** sent when the reader couldn't read the meter, for example if it was locked inside or the glass was dirty. Both companies adjust it on the next bill with a real reading.
- **Minimum bill:** charged when you used no gas, or less than the set minimum (SNGPL).
- **Meter rent:** SSGC charges **Rs 40 a month** for a normal domestic meter.

As of July 2026, the government kept consumer gas tariffs unchanged for 2026-27, even though OGRA lowered the companies' prescribed prices (Geo News).

## What if I pay late?

SSGC's FAQ says the **late payment surcharge** for a home is **10% of the current bill**. Its due date covers only the current bill: if an older bill is unpaid, SSGC can cut the supply at any time.

After you pay, show the paid bill and your CNIC at any SSGC CFC. Supply comes back **within 24 hours** if you were cut off for less than 6 months. SSGC also offers installments at its CFCs.
