# CM Punjab schemes 2026: every Maryam Nawaz programme, who it's for, and whether it's open now

## Summary

As of 21 October 2026, six CM Punjab schemes were running with no closing date: Apni Chhat Apna Ghar (0% home loan up to Rs 15 lakh), the Asaan Karobar Card and Finance (0% business loans up to Rs 10 lakh and Rs 3 crore), Livestock Card Phase II (Rs 27,000 per animal), the Kissan Card, and the Himmat and Rashan cards. The e-bike (closed 4 Oct), green tractor (15 Oct), laptop Phase II and solar rounds are closed. BISP and the PM Youth loan are federal, not Punjab schemes.

Our CM Punjab schemes 2026 list covers **11 Maryam Nawaz programmes with their own guide**, plus four smaller ones. As of 21 October 2026, **six were running with no closing date**: Apni Chhat Apna Ghar, the Asaan Karobar Card and Finance, Livestock Card Phase II, the Kissan Card, the Himmat Card and the Rashan Card. The e-bike scheme closed on 4 October and the green tractor round on 15 October.

Several Punjab government sites didn't open for us, so where a status comes from news, the guide says so.

On 18 October 2026 the information minister said the Chief Minister had launched the "second phase of the laptop and scholarship schemes". The reports gave no numbers, dates or portal, so we don't treat it as a new application window. We will update the laptop and Honhaar rows when an official notice appears.

## Which CM Punjab schemes are for students?

Three: the [Honhaar Scholarship](/money/guides/honhaar-scholarship/) pays tuition, the [CM Punjab laptop scheme](/money/guides/pm-laptop-scheme/) gives a laptop, and the [e-bike scheme](/money/guides/cm-punjab-electric-bike-scheme/) sells an e-bike on 0% instalments. As of 21 October 2026, none of the three was taking new applications.

## Which Maryam Nawaz schemes give a loan?

All of these are interest-free to you, with the Punjab government paying the markup:

- **To build a house:** [Apni Chhat Apna Ghar](/money/guides/apni-chhat-apna-ghar/), up to Rs 15 lakh.
- **For a business:** the [Asaan Karobar Card](/money/guides/asaan-karobar-card/), up to Rs 10 lakh, or Asaan Karobar Finance, up to Rs 3 crore.
- **For farming:** the [Kissan Card](/money/guides/kissan-card-punjab/) for crop inputs, the [Livestock Card](/money/guides/cm-punjab-livestock-card/) for animal feed.

## Other Punjab schemes we don't have a full guide for

- **Apni Zameen Apna Ghar:** free 3-marla plots. In December 2025 a ballot gave plots to 2,000 applicants in 19 districts (PITB). At launch in May 2025 you had to be a Punjab resident with no property in Pakistan, registered in the national socio-economic registry, with household income below Rs 50,000 a month (ARY). We found no new application round in 2026.
- **Minority Card:** Rs 10,500 every three months for poor non-Muslim minority households, by card or bank transfer (Pakistan Today, March 2026).
- **Parwaz Card:** interest-free loans of up to Rs 300,000 for young people to start a business or find work, launched in January 2026 (Daily Times). The report didn't give eligibility or how to apply.
- **Pink Salt financing scheme:** interest-free loans of up to Rs 50 million for businesses that process and export pink salt, from a Rs 5 billion fund, launched in October 2026 (The Nation).

## Which schemes are federal, not CM Punjab?

These are often listed as Maryam Nawaz schemes, but the federal government runs them, and they are open to people from every province:

- **[BISP](/money/guides/bisp-8171/)** (Benazir Income Support Programme): Rs 14,500 a quarter to a woman in each eligible poor household, checked by SMS to 8171.
- **[PM Youth loan](/money/guides/pm-youth-loan-scheme/)**: up to Rs 7.5 million for ages 21 to 45, with Tier 1 up to Rs 5 lakh at 0%.
- **[PM laptop scheme](/money/guides/pm-laptop-scheme/)**: run by HEC for public university students, separate from the Punjab laptop scheme.

**Don't pay anyone to register you:** Every scheme here is free to apply for. Use the official portal, SMS code or helpline named in each guide. Apply only after checking the scheme is open, and never pay an agent who promises a place in a ballot.

The Honhaar Scholarship, the CM Punjab laptop scheme and the e-bike scheme. As of 21 October 2026 the e-bike and laptop rounds are closed, and we found no new Honhaar intake.

### What is the Maryam Nawaz 15 lakh scheme?

Apni Chhat Apna Ghar: an interest-free loan of up to Rs 15 lakh to build a house on your own small plot, repaid at Rs 14,000 a month.
